X_UC_FUNCTIONS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:
Unlike any other fixed lexicon, customers may add values to this lexicon as needed.
It is important to ensure that any values added are saved as "User Defined" or they will be replaced on a subsequent release

Saved value is an internal code used solely to organize the function list
Displayed value is the function name as it is the data base
Meaning is the type of usercalc that the function is available for.
