X_CLASS_ENROLLMENT_OPTIONS is a fixed lexicon with the following values:

Saved Value	Displayed Value
10	Manual Enroll, No Wait List	The Registrants must be manually enrolled by an Administrator. The class does not allow a waiting list, therefore once the class is full registrants will not be able to sign up for the class.
20	Auto Enroll, No Wait List	Once the Registrants' enrollment request has been approved they will be automatically enrolled into the class if there are open slots available. Once the class is full the registrants will not be able to sign up for the class.
30	Manual Enroll, Allow Wait List	The Registrants must be manually enrolled by an Administrator. The class does allow a waiting list which becomes available once the class has become full. The Registrants will automatically added to the Waiting List once their enrollment request has been approved.
40	Auto Enroll, Allow Wait List	Once the Registrants' enrollment request has been approved they will be automatically enrolled into the class if there are open slots available. The class does allow a waiting list which becomes available once the class has become full. The Registrants will automatically added to the Waiting List once their enrollment request has been approved.
