View Time Collection History#
This screen is used by Approvers to review historical time sheets. Shift type time sheets of the following statuses will display:Sent to PR, Not Approved, Adjustment, Adjustment Applied, Replaced, and Cancelled.
The form requires that the following items are defined: time code sets (necessary for the totals tab on WVTTXH), time rules, work calendars and scheduled shifts.
The Approver must select the employee from the find list below.
- Person Code
- The employee's person code is indicated here.
- Last Name
- The employee's last name is displayed here.
- Fist Name
- The employee's first name is displayed here.
- Assignment
- The assignment code the time sheet was generated for will display here.
- Date Frame
- The time frame the pay period is for is displayed here.
- TS #
- The time sheet uniquely assigned number will display.
- Status
- The status of the time sheet will also display.
- EE Sign Off Received
- The user may indicate that the employee has signed off on their time collection by pressing this button.
- Request a Change
- The user may add a request for a change to the time collection by pressing this button.
- Go to CURRENT Time Collection
- By pressing this button the user is directed to the WVTTX form to review the employee's current time collection.
