Manage Time Collections#
This screen is used by Approvers for Shift type time sheets and will display time sheets that are of the following statuses:Scheduled Modified, Active,Rules Applied, Submitted and Ready for PR.
The form requires that the following items are defined: time code sets (necessary for the totals tab on WVTTX), time rules, work calendars and scheduled shifts.
The Approver must select the employee from the find list below.
- EE#
- The employee's person code is indicated here.
- Last Name
- The employee's last name is displayed here.
- Fist Name
- The employee's first name is displayed here.
- Assign
- The assignment code the time sheet was generated for will display here.
- From/To
- The time frame the pay period is for is displayed here.
- TS #
- The time sheet uniquely assigned number will display.
- Status
- The status of the time sheet will also display.
- Submit
- By pressing this action button the time card in focus will be marked as Submitted and will no longer be available for edit by the user.
- EE Sign Off Received
- The user may indicate that the employee has signed off on their time card by pressing this button.
- Approve
- If the user is in agreement with the time card they may press this button to approve the time sheet.
- Go to Time Collection HISTORY
- The user may review historical time collections (WVTTXH) by pressing this button.
- Go To Approval Form
- The user may want to go to the approval form (WVDATS) to approve/disapprove the time card.
Time Collection tab#
- Date
- The date the time was entered or generated from the work calendar and shift will display here.
- Earning Code
- The time code the time is associated to will display here. The lexicon X_TM_SPEC_COND is used to determine the available time codes.
- Hours
- The number of hours the exception was generated for or entered for will display here.
- Time In
- This field indicates the start time of the time entry. The time comes from the schedule ITSS and can be modified.
- Start Meal Break
- This field indicates the start time of the meal break taken.
- End Meal Break
- This field indicates when the meal break ended.
- Time Out
- This field indicates the end of the time entry. The time comes from the schedule ITSS and can be modified.
- Payroll Dept
- The department the employee's assignment is tied to will display.
- AFE
- If a cost center is associated to the time entry it will display here.
- REASON_FOR_TIME
- A reason for time may be provided if necessary.
- Comments
- Additional information may be provided for the time entry using this field.
Totals tab#
The data found in this tab is view only and is configurable by the System Administrator
Totals By Day#
The WETTX screen may be edited by the System Administrator in
IMFD to include specific time code sets so that the screen will total time by day for the added time code sets.
- Date
- The date the time was generated/entered for.
Totals By Time Sheet#
Time will be totaled by time code set for the pay period.
- Time Code Set
- The name of the time code set will display here.
- Amount
- The amount of total time calculated for the time code set for the pay period.
Requests tab#
This tab the users are able to see the requests for the time sheet in focus.

Request Details#
- #
- This is the system assigned request number for the comment that was added.
- Status
- This field displays the status of the request
- Sent On
- The date the comment / request was created is displayed in this field.
- Synopsis
- The synopsis of the comment / request is displayed here.
- Request Text
- The actual text of the comment / request is displayed in this field.
Activities on Requests#
- Type
- The type of action fulfilled of the request activity is displayed here.
- Sent On
- This field displays the date the activity was created.
- Entered By
- The name and person code of the individual who entered the activity is displayed here.
- Comments
- The text of the activity is displayed in this field.
View Change History tab#
Original Schedule#
- Date
- The start date of the shift will display here.
- Start
- The start time of the shift will display here.
- End
- The time the shift ends will display.
- TC
- The time code used to store the number of hours worked will display.
Manual Changes to Scheduled Time#
- Date
- This field indicates the start date of the time exception.
- Assign
- This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
- Start
- This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated.
- End
- This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated.
- TC
- This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
- Value
- This field displays the value/amount of the time exception.
- Basis
- The basis of the amount will display.
- Cost
- This field is used to associate a cost center to the time exception.
- Changed On
- The date the scheduled time was changed will display here.
- Changed By
- The user who made the change to the scheduled time will display.
Time Rule Changes to Time#
- Date
- This field represents the day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
- Assign
- This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
- Start
- This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated.
- End
- This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated.
- TC
- This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
- Value
- This field displays the value/amount of the time exception.
- Basis
- The basis of the amount will display.
- Premiums
- If a premium was added for the day, it will display here.
