View Personnel Action History#
The View Personnel Action History (WVDARH) screen allows you to view the history of all personnel actions where you were involved in the approval process.
Using the Process Change Requests (WMDAR) screen, you will be able to manage all the outstanding employee change requests that have been sent to for approval.
- Name
- This field identifies employees with personnel action history.
- PA (Request) #
- This field identifies the personnel action that needs to be processed.
- Takes Effect
- This field displays the date that the personnel action is to take effect.
- Status
- This field indicates the personnel action needing approval.
By clicking on one of the employees listed, you will be able to see further details about their personnel action history in the following fields.
Outstanding Requests#
- PA (Request) #
- This field identifies the personnel action associated to the employee.
- Takes Effect
- This field displays the date that the personnel action is to take effect.
- Status
- This field indicates the status of the personnel action.
- Description
- Further information about the personnel action is displayed here.
