Maintain Schedulers Team Post Assignments#
The WSTTP form allows an employee with the Scheduler (WWW_SCHEDULER) business role to maintain and update their Team Post Assignments. The employee can select a Work Station and Work Area from the Find List.
- Rank ) Job / Department
- This field derives the rank, job and department from the station post.
- Work Team
- This field is used to specify the work team for the station post.
- Post Owner
- This field is a derived field which displays assignment information of the worker who owns the post.
- Relative Day
- This field indicates which day of predefined shift a team would begin with. For instance, on August 22, one team may start on the 1st day (Aug 22) of an 8-day shift pattern while another team would start on the 3rd (Aug 24) day of that same pattern.
Team Post Info#
Team post assignments are date sensitive.
Each post assignment is for a single person for a specified WSE or it may be “vacant”.
Post assignments cannot exceed the WSE on the station post definition.
An employee’s total post assignments, cannot exceed the FTE on their assignment file.
Employees can only be assigned during periods where their employment status type is “active”.

- The Station Post details are listed here.
- WSE
- The Assigned WSE (Work Shift Equivalent) is the measure of work to be done in a station post in one shift. WSE allows control of the number of full time employees required on any workstation for any shift.
- Assignment
- The user may select an employee from the list to record they are the team post owner.
- Override Shift Pattern
- The user may override the shift pattern by selecting a different pattern from the list.
- Start Date
- The start date of the shift may be provided here.
