MAINTAIN RECRUITERS#
The Maintain Recruiters screen allows you to view and maintain a list of all the recruiters working for the company.Recruiters are used to help companies find suitable candidates for specific postings. They may be internal personnel (human resources department, managers), employment organizations and agencies, or media (job boards, advertising firms, or even the entity's web site). Events are also considered 'recruiters' and may include hiring campaigns such as job fairs, open houses, and college recruitment.
By clicking on one of the assignments listed, you will be able to see further details about that assignment in the following fields.
All the recruiters are listed at the top of the screen identified by the following fields:
Recruiters#
- Recruiter
- This field displays a user-defined code that uniquely identifies the recruiter.
- Company
- This field displays the company for which the recruiter works.
By clicking on one of the recruiters listed, you will be able to see further details about that recruiter in the following fields.
Details about the Recruiter#
- Status
- This field displays the status of the recruiter. This field is tied to the X_RECRUITER_STATUS lexicon.
- Category
- This field further classifies recruiters into specific groups. This field is tied to the X_RECRUITER_CATEGORY lexicon.
- Type
- This field indicates the nature of the recruiter. This field is tied to the X_RECRUITER_TYPE lexicon.
- Description
- This field provides a short description of the recruiter.
- Company
- The company for which the recruiter works may be entered in this field.
- Contact
- For external recruiters, this field provides the name of the person within that agency to be contacted.
- Title
- This field displays the contact's title for external recruiters.
- Employee
- If the recruiter is an internal employee, that individual will be identified by their assignment in this field.
The further details about the recruiters are provided under the following tabs; Contact Info, Costs and Referrals. By clicking any of these tabs, the corresponding information will be presented to you.
Contact Info tab#
The Contact Info tab maintains contact information for the recruiters such as mailing address and phone number.- Address 1
- This field displays the recruiter’s address.
- Address 2
- This field displays the second line of the recruiter’s address.
- City
- This field displays the recruiter’s city, district or township name of residence.
- State, Country
- This field displays the name of the recruiter’s state/province, followed by the standard country code.
- Zip Code
- This field displays the zip or postal code for the recruiter’s address.
- Phone #
- This field displays the main phone number for the recruiter.
- Ext
- This field displays a phone extension for the recruiter.
- Alt Phone #
- This field displays an alternative phone number for the recruiter
- Alt Ext
- This field displays an alternative phone extension for the recruiter.
- Fax #
- This field displays the recruiter’s fax number.
- This field displays the recruiter’s email address.
- Recruiter Information
- This field allows you to provide additional information about the recruiter.
Costs#
The Costs tab maintains information about the costs incurred by the recruiting.- Cost Date
- This field identifies the date the cost was incurred.
- Type
- This field classifies the expenses (cost items) into specific groups. This field is tied to the X_COST_ITEM_CATEGORY lexicon.
- Amount $
- This field displays the monetary amount of the expense.
- Currency
- This field displays the currency that the above amount is expressed in. This field is tied to the X_CURRENCY lexicon.
- Employer %
- This field indicates the percentage of the cost that will be covered by the employer.
- Payment Status
- This field displays the status of the payment for this expense. This field is tied to the X_PAYMENT_STATUS lexicon.
- Payment Method
- This field displays the manner in which this item was paid. This field is tied to the X_PAYMENT_METHOD lexicon.
- Description
- This field displays a short description of the expense.
- Cost Reference
- This field allows you to provide a reference for the expense.e.g. invoice number, sales receipt
- Candidate
- If a specific candidate is associated with this cost item, the candidate will be identified in this field by their candidate code.
- Posting
- If this cost is associated with a specific posting, that posting may be identified in this field.
Referrals#
The Referrals tab maintains a list of candidates who have been referred to the recruiter for employment. The information in this tab is for informational purposes only and is not updateable.- Submitted On
- This field displays the date the referral was submitted.
- Code
- This field identifies the candidate for whom this referral was given.
- Name
- This field displays the full name of the candidate.
- Status
- This field displays the status of the candidate. This field is tied to the X_CANDIDATE_STATUS lexicon.
- Type
- This field indicates whether the candidate is an external or internal applicant. This field is tied to the X_CANDIDATE_TYPE lexicon.
- Category
- This field further classifies the candidates into specific groups.
- Source
- This field indicates the venue through which the candidate was recruited. This field is tied to the X_CANDIDATE_SOURCE lexicon.
- External ID
- This field displays the identification code given to the candidate by an external recruiter. This field is used for cross reference.
- Additional Info
- This field displays additional information about the referral for this candidate.
