MAINTAIN JOB PROFILES#

The Maintain Job Profiles screen provides a complete list of the job profiles associated with the job postings within the database.

Job profiles are established for postings to clearly define their purpose, functions and prerequisites. The job profile records contain information on compensation, work environment, employment eligibility, EEO status and how candidates may apply for the posting.

Job profiles are uniquely identified within an entity by a manually entered job profile code. Each profile is reusable and may be associated with several postings. In addition, they can also be easily cloned and tailored to handle special situations.

As companies routinely re-examine and upgrade their job profiles, the system has provided each profile with a 'last review' date.

The job profiles are listed at the top of the screen identified by the following fields:

Job Profile
Profile Status
Profile Type
Category

By clicking on one of the job profiles listed, you will be able to see further details about that profile in the following fields.
