VIEW CANDIDATE COMPETENCIES BY POSTING#

The View Candidate Competencies by Posting screen allows you to select a specific posting and review the competencies of the candidates who have applied.

The postings are listed at the top of the screen identified by the following fields:

New

This field indicates the number of new applicants to this posting.

Posting #

This field displays the code which uniquely identifies the posting within the database.

Posting Title

This field displays the official name or title of the posting.

Type

This field indicates if the posting is open to internal or external candidates.

Cancelled

This field indicates the number of canceled applications for this postings.

Total

This field indicates the total number of applications made to this posting.

By clicking on one of the postings listed, you will be able to see further details about that posting in the following fields.

View Candidate Competencies By Posting - Applicants#

Status

This field displays the status of the candidate’s application.

Opened

This field indicates the first date the application was opened.

App #

This field displays a code that uniquely identifies the application. This code may have been user-defined or automatically generated.

Cand #

This field displays the identification number of the candidate who has applied to the posting.

Applicant

The full name of the candidate is displayed in this field.

Stage

This field defines the exact stage in the process for this application.

Step

If the stage is broken down into specific steps, the step that the candidate is currently on will be displayed in this field.

Competencies#

Category

This field places the competency into a specific 'group'.

Competence

This field lists the actual competency the candidate possesses.

Level

This field indicates the level of competency the candidate has achieved.
