Punch Clock – Public Kiosk#

The Web Clock In/Out form (WPCIO) is a public form that allows employees to clock in and out without having to sign into Self Service; also thought of as a kiosk. This screen must be assigned to the PUBLIC role.

An example of a link to the WPCIO is: http://server:port/selfService/public?FORM=WPCIO

Clock punches are generated when the Clock In or Clock Out buttons are used.

Punching In and Out can be made simply by clicking on the “>> Actions” provided.

Person Code

This field allows the user to enter their employee person code.

PIN Number

This field allows the user to enter their employee user PIN number.
