WORK_TEAM_CODE is a 16-character alphanumeric field is a user-defined code that uniquely identifies the ‘Work Team’ employed in the Work Station or associated to the Team Post. A set of employees that work together in a work station on the same shift rotation, often led by a team leader or lead hand, may be referred to as a crew, a squad, a work station complement. In a shift environment, each work station has its own work team for each shift.
