WORKED_DAYS is an optional 18-character numeric field. The value in this field is based on the data indicated in the Worked Element field of the Wage Step Rules ISRS form. As Pay Components are normally in hours this field is populated by determining the ‘Worked Hours’ and dividing it by the standard hours per day on the group form IDGR.
