WORKED_DAYS is an optional 18-character numeric field.  The value in this field is based on the data indicated in the Worked Element field of the Wage Step Rules [ISRS] form. As [Pay Components|PAY COMPONENTS] are normally in hours this field is populated by determining the ‘Worked Hours’ and dividing it by the standard hours per day on the group form [IDGR].
