Reset Employees PIN#
The Reset Employees (WMMRE) screen allows you to change the PIN number your employees use to access the Self Service.- Name (Code)
- This field identifies employees reporting to you by last and first name, followed by their person code/employee number.
- Assignment
- This field displays the employee’s current assignment title.
- Department
- This field displays the department where the employee is assigned.
- Reports To
- This field displays the employee’s supervisor. This individual is identified by last and first name, followed by their person code/employee number.
- Show Indirect Employees
- If this toggle is checked, the employees who report to you indirectly will be included in the list.
- New PIN / Confirm PIN
- In these fields, you will enter the new PIN for the employee. This PIN will be sent to the employee via the email address indicated on their assignment record.
- Or Generate New PIN
- By indicating ‘Yes’, the system produces a randomly generated PIN. This PIN will be sent to the employee via the email address indicated on their assignment record.
- Force PIN Change on Next Login
- By indicating ‘Yes’, the employee will be instructed to change the PIN themselves the next time they login into Self Service.
