View Employee Leave Balances #
The View Employee Leave Balances (WMALB) screen allows you to see detailed information about the leave balances of your employees. The
WMALB_PRT is the printable version of this form.
The definition data for the View Employee Leave Balances screen is stored in the P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENT_DETAILS and P2K_AT_LEAVE_ACCRUALS table.
- Name (Code)
- This field identifies employees reporting to you by last and first name, followed by their person code/employee number.
- Assignment
- This field displays the employee’s current assignment title.
- Department
- This field displays the department where the employee is assigned.
- Reports To
- This field displays the employee’s supervisor. This individual is identified by last and first name, followed by their person code/employee number.
- Show Indirect Employees
- If this toggle is checked, the employees who report to you indirectly will be included in the list.
By clicking on one of the employees listed, you will be able to see details about their leave balances in the following fields.
- Type of Leave
- This field displays the type of leave recorded for this policy.
- Evaluated
- This field indicates the last time the leave balance was evaluated.
- Basis
- This field displays the time measurement of the leave.
- e.g. Hr- hours, DY-days, etc.
- Prior Balance
- This field displays how much leave is remaining from last year.
- Earned (Capped)
- This field displays how much leave was earned for the current year.
- Taken
- This field displays how much leave was taken for the current year.
- Earned (Unoff.)
- This field displays how much leave has been earned after the bank was last updated.
- Taken (Unoff.)
- This field displays how much leave has been taken after the bank was last updated.
- Current Balance
- This field displays the amount of time the employee may take from.
- Planned Leave
- This field displays how much leave has been scheduled to be taken beyond the current date.
