!!!WHICH EMPLOYEES CAN USE TIME MANAGEMENT? !Scheduled Through The Time Scheduling Module ;Target Employees: Operational Staff with varying schedules \\The employees' schedules will be managed through the Time Scheduling module (ITTE and related screens) and the employees will have published work schedules. \\The employee will go into the Self Service Time Sheet to view their time based on their schedule from the Time Scheduling module. The employee will enter time exceptions with relevant In & Out times. !Scheduled Through Work Rules ;Target Employees: Employees who work a standard shift \\These employees' schedules will NOT be managed through the TS module. Time Sheets will be generated based on the employee's work calendar with standard shift start and end times. \\The employee will go into the Self Service Time Sheet to view their time based on their standard work calendar and shift from their work rule. The employee will enter time exceptions with relevant In & Out times. !Standard Hours Per Day ;Target Employees: Employees who work a standard number of hours per day. \\The employee’s time card will be generated based on the number of hours per day that they work (dictated by their assignment or work calendar). \\The employee will go into the Self Service Time Card to view their standard hours based on their standard work rule and enter any exceptions. !Variable Hours Per Day; Manual Entry ;Target Employees: Employees who are paid based on what they worked with no standard schedule. \\These employees will go into the Self Service Time Card and will enter actual time worked.
