!!!VIEW EMPLOYEES BY POSITION

Through the View Employees by Position screen, you may search for and view the employees associated with the positions in your organization. 

The definition data for the View Employees By Position screen is stored in the [P2K_CM_POSITIONS] and the [P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENT_DETAILS] tables. 

The user would select the position from the find list below. 

;[Position|POSITION_CODE|]: This field holds the position codes.
;[Position Title|POSITION_TITLE|]: This field holds the title of the positions.
;[Department|DEPARTMENT_CODE|]: This fields holds the Department Code to which the position is assigned.
;[Job|JOB_CODE|]: This field displays the job on which the position is based.

The user will then see the following information regarding employees assigned to this position.

;Employee: [Person Code|PERSON_CODE|], [Last Name|LAST_NAME|], [First Name|FIRST_NAME|]
;[Effective|EFFECTIVE|]: This field holds the effective date of the employee's current assignment detail record.
;[Expiry|EXPIRY|]: This field holds the expiry date of the employee's current assignment detail record.
;[Assignment|ASSIGNMENT_CODE|]: This field holds the employee's Assignment Code.
