MY TIME COLLECTION HISTORY#
This is a history screen used for Shift type time sheets and will display time sheets that are of the following statuses:Sent to PR, Not Approved, Adjustment, Adjustment Applied, Replaced and Cancelled.
The form requires that the following items are defined: time code sets (necessary for the totals tab), time rules, work calendars and scheduled shifts.
- Time Sheet #
- This field represents the unique code assigned to the time sheet.
- Assignment
- This field indicates which assignment code the time sheet was generated for.
- From/To
- The time frame the pay period is for is displayed here.
- Status
- The status of the time sheet is displayed here.
- Orig #
- This field will display the Time Sheet number used to replace the time sheet.
- Sign off Time Collection
- This will update the time sheet to reflect that the Employee has signed off on the time sheet and its details.
- Request a Change
- By pressing this button a dialog is presented to the employee allowing them to request changes to the time sheet.
- Go to Current Time Collection
- By pressing this button the Employee will be directed to the WETTX screen to review their Current Time Sheets.
Time Collection#
This is a view only tab
- Date
- The date the time was entered or generated from the work calendar and shift will display here.
- Earning Code
- The time code the time is associated to will display here. The lexicon X_TM_SPEC_COND is used to determine the available time codes.
- Hours
- The number of hours the exception was generated for or entered for will display here.
- Time In
- This field indicates the start time of the time entry. The time comes from the schedule ITSS and can be modified.
- Start Meal Break
- This field indicates the start time of the meal break taken.
- End Meal Break
- This field indicates when the meal break ended.
- Time Out
- This field indicates the end of the time entry. The time comes from the schedule ITSS and can be modified.
- AFE
- If a cost center is associated to the time entry it will display here.
- REASON_FOR_TIME
- A reason for time may be provided if necessary.
- Comments
- Additional information may be provided for the time entry using this field.
Totals#
The data found in this tab is view only and is configurable by the System Administrator
Totals By Day#
The WETTX screen may be edited by the System Administrator in
IMFD to include specific time code sets so that the screen will total time by day for the added time code sets.
- Date
- The date the time was generated/entered for.
Totals#
Time will be totaled by time code set for the pay period.
- Time Code Set
- The name of the time code set will display here.
- Amount
- The amount of total time calculated for the time code set for the pay period.
Requests#
This tab the users are able to see the requests for the time sheet in focus.

Request Details#
- #
- This is the system assigned request number for the comment that was added.
- Status
- This field displays the status of the request
- Sent On
- The date the comment / request was created is displayed in this field.
- Synopsis
- The synopsis of the comment / request is displayed here.
- Request Text
- The actual text of the comment / request is displayed in this field.
Activities on Requests
- Type
- The type of action fulfilled of the request activity is displayed here.
- Sent On
- This field displays the date the activity was created.
- Entered By
- The name and person code of the individual who entered the activity is displayed here.
- Comments
- The text of the activity is displayed in this field.
View Change History#
This is a view only tab
Manual Changes to Scheduled Time#
- Date
- This field indicates the start date of the time exception.
- Assign
- This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
- Start
- This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated.
- End
- This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated.
- TC
- This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
- Value
- This field displays the value/amount of the time exception.
- Basis
- The basis of the amount will display.
- Cost
- This field is used to associate a cost center to the time exception.
- Changed On
- The date the scheduled time was changed will display here.
- Changed By
- The user who made the change to the scheduled time will display.
Time Rule Changes to Time#
- Date
- This field represents the day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
- Assign
- This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
- Start
- This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated.
- End
- This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated.
- TC
- This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
- Value
- This field displays the value/amount of the time exception.
- Basis
- The basis of the amount will display.
- Premiums
- If a premium was added for the day, it will display here.
