Document Sign Off#
The
WESIGN screen is used to facilitate the process of signing off on a document that was listed accordingly in the
IMII - Important Information Screen. By clicking on any of the listed Documents it will populate the contents to the right side of the screen.
Screen Setup#
By default this screen verifies that,
- The related document in IMII is listed as INFO_STATUS = Published
- The document has a START_DATE and END_DATE range within the Current Date
- The document must also be assigned to the employee via IMSO,WAMSO or WMMSO
- Lastly, it also checked to see if the document in question has the "Requires Sign Off" Toggle Checked
Help Guide#
The "Help Guide" message at the top of the screen can be customized with instructions. To modify the help message go to
IMMS - Maintain System Messages and select the message "WESIGN#00001". Then proceed to make your new message in the TEXT (ENG) field.
Please note that this message field can be styled with HTML coding. If you do not know HTML coding you can use High Lines Simple Editor to style your message if you access the IMMS Screen from Self Service.
