My Time Collection Hours History#
The WEPTEH screen will display all of the employee's historical time sheets that are hours based. Time sheets that have the status of Sent to PR, Not Approved, Adjustment, Adjustment Applied, Replaced, or Cancelled will be displayed.
- Time Sheet #
- This field represents the unique code assigned to the time sheet.
- Assignment
- This field indicates which assignment code the time sheet was generated for.
- Date Frame
- The time frame the pay period is for is displayed here.
- Status
- The status of the time sheet is displayed here.
Time Sheet Details#
- TS #
- This field represents the unique code assigned to the time sheet.
- From
- This field displays the start date of the pay period the time sheet was generated for.
- To
- This field displays the end date of the pay period the time sheet was generated for.
- TS Status
- The status of the time sheet is displayed here.
Assignment Details#
- Assignment
- The employee's assignment that the time sheet was generated for is displayed here.
- Position
- The employee's position for the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here.
- Job
- The employee's job from the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here.
- Department
- The department from the assignment that was used to generate the time sheet is displayed here.
Leave Bank Balances#
- Leave
- If the employee has any leave banks, the leave type will be displayed here.
- Balance
- This field displays the balance of their leave banks.
- Sign off Time Sheet
- This will update the time sheet to reflect that the Employee has signed off on the time sheet and its details.
- Go to Current Collection Hours
- By pressing this button the Employee will be directed to the WEPTE screen to review their Current Time Collection Hours.
Time Collection Hours#
- Date
- The date the time was entered or generated from the work calendar and shift will display here.
- Assign
- This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
- Special Condition
- The time code the time is associated to will display here.
- Value
- The number of hours the exception was generated for or entered for will display here.
- Time Reason
- A reason for time may be provided if necessary.
- Time Code
- This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
- Prem 1
- If a premium was added for the day, it will display here.
- Cost
- If a cost center is associated to the time entry it will display here.
- Comments
- Additional information may be provided for the time entry using this field.
Totals#
Time Code Totals#
This section totals the hours within the time sheet by Time Code.
- Date
- This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
- Time Code
- The total for the time code either for the week or pay period is for will display here.
- Amount
- The total value of the time code either for the week or pay period will display here.
Time Type Totals#
This section totals the hours within the time sheet by type of time entered.
- Date
- This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
- Time Type
- The type of time the time code is defined as will be displayed here.
- Amount
- The total amount of time for the time type for the week or pay period will display here.
TC Set Totals#
This section totals the hours by time code sets.- Time Code Set
- The name of the time code set will be displayed here.
- Amount
- The total amount of time for the week or pay period for the time code set will display here.
Clock Punches#
- Original Clock Date
- The original date of the clock entry.
- Clock Entry Type
- The type of clock entry, ie: In, Out, Lunch
Associated Scheduled Shift#
- Work Type
- The type of exception generated, ie:Planned Placement, will display in this field.
- Shift
- The shift code associated to the time exception will display.
- O/R Shift Start Time
- If the start time of the shift was overridden, the new time will display in this field.
- O/R Shift End Time
- If the shift end time was overridden, the new time will display in the field.
- Job/Unit
- The job code associated to the scheduled shift will display.
- Department
- The department code associated to the scheduled shift will display.
Actual Punch Information#
- Clock Entry Status
- The status of the clock entry displays in this field. ie: newly entered, processed
- Time Exception Status
- This field holds the status of the time exception. ie: newly entered
- Start Time
- The time punched in for the start time of the shift.
- End Time
- The time punched out for the end time of the shift.
View Audit#
Changes Made to Scheduled Time#
- Date
- This field holds the date of the time entry.
- Assign
- The assignment code the time entry was generated for is displayed here.
- Value
- This field stores the value of the time.
- TC
- This field stores the time code used to track the time.
- Basis
- This field indicates the basis of the time, for example Hrs, $
- Premiums
- If a premium code is attached to the time entry it will be displayed here.
- Cost Center
- If cost centers are used the cost centre may displayed here.
- Changed On
- This field indicates the date the change was made to the time entry.
- Changed By
- This field indicates the user who made the change to the time entry.
