Leave Bank Balances#

Leave
If the employee has any leave banks, the leave type will be displayed here.
Balance
This field displays the balance of their leave banks.


Submit
By pressing this action button the time sheet in focus will be marked as Submitted and will no longer be available for edit by the employee.
Approve
Go To Time Collection HISTORY
By pressing this action button the user is directed to the Time Sheet History screen (WEPTEH).

Time Collection Hours#

Date
The date the time was entered or generated from the work calendar and shift will display here.
Assign
This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
Special Condition
The time code the time is associated to will display here. The lexicon X_TM_SPEC_COND is used to determine the available time codes.
Value
The number of hours the exception was generated for or entered for will display here.
Time Reason
A reason for time may be provided if necessary.
Time Code
This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
Prem 1
If a premium was added for the day, it will display here.
Cost
If a cost center is associated to the time entry it will display here.
Comments
Additional information may be provided for the time entry using this field.

Totals#

Time Code Totals#

This section totals the hours within the time sheet by Time Code.

Date
This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
Time Code
The total for the time code either for the week or pay period is for will display here.
Amount
The total value of the time code either for the week or pay period will display here.

Time Type Totals#

This section totals the hours within the time sheet by type of time entered.

Date
This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
Time Type
The type of time the time code is defined as will be displayed here.
Amount
The total amount of time for the time type for the week or pay period will display here.

TC Set Totals#

This section totals the hours by time code sets.
Time Code Set
The name of the time code set will be displayed here.
Amount
The total amount of time for the week or pay period for the time code set will display here.
