My Work Allocation Time Card#

The My Work Allocation Time Card form (WEPTA) is a form intended for employees so they may allocate percentages of their work time against a cost account/job. The form will only show time cards that are hours based and those that are of the following statuses: Scheduled Modified, Active, Rules Applied, Submitted and Ready for PR.

The system will calculate the Time Sheets Hours by looking at the employee's work assignment. If the time sheet was generated for one week the system will use the assignment's Hours Per Week. If the time sheet was generated for two weeks the system will use the assignment's Hours Per Period.

The employee would select from the list below which time card they wish to review.

Time Card #
The employee's time card number will display in this field.
Pay Period
The pay period the time sheet was generated for will display here.
From/To
This field indicates the time frame of the time sheet.
Status
The status of the time sheet will display here.
Total Percent Allocated
The percentage of total time that has been allocated will display in this field.

Work Allocation#

Work Allocation#

This section allows the employee to enter a percentage of their time sheet hours spent working on a task. There is no date provided as the system will stamp all entries with the time sheet end date. Only regular worked time for time codes that reduce regular time will be shown. When new entries are inserted the time code is defaulted to the employee's work rule's DFLT TIME CODE.

Job (Cost Center)
The job (cost center) worked by the employee.
Description
The description of the cost center will be indicated here.
Department
The department code that the employee's work was done for.
Time
This field will derive the amount of time spent on this task.

Paid Time Off#

This section records and displays individual days of leave. Any prior leaves will flow in from the employee's leave planning. Any holidays that occur in the time frame of the time sheet will also display here.
Date
This field indicates the date of the employee's leave.
Type
This field is used to indicate the type of leave taken by the employee. The field actually displays the time code associated to the leave type.
Time
The amount of leave time taken by the employee will be indicated in this field.
Percent
The system will derive the percentage of the time sheet hours that the leave makes up.

Allocation Summary#

This section provides a summary of the employee's work allocation for the time sheet in focus.
Percent Allocated
The system will derive the total percent of time sheet hours that have been allocated.
Percent Not Allocated
The percentage of time sheet hours that have not been allocated will display here.
Comments
The employee may provide comments on their work allocation.


If the employee over allocates the work, a message will appear above the submit button indicating this. This message is defined in IMMS as PTS_00023.

Submit Allocation
Once the employee has entered has completed updating their time card with the percentage of work allocation, they may submit the time card.
