My Work Allocation Time Card#
The My Work Allocation Time Card form (WEPTA) is a form intended for employees so they may allocate percentages of their work time against a cost account/job. The form will only show time cards that are hours based and those that are of the following statuses: Scheduled Modified, Active, Rules Applied, Submitted and Ready for PR.
The employee would select from the list below which time card they wish to review.
- Time Card #
- The employee's time card number will display in this field.
- Pay Period
- The pay period the time sheet was generated for will display here.
- From/To
- This field indicates the time frame of the time sheet.
- Status
- The status of the time sheet will display here.
- Total Percent Allocated
- The percentage of total time that has been allocated will display in this field.
Work Allocation#
Work Allocation#
This section allows the employee to enter a percentage of their time sheet hours spent working on a task. There is no date provided as the system will stamp all entries with the time sheet end date. Only regular worked time for time codes that reduce regular time will be shown. When new entries are inserted the time code is defaulted to the employee's work rule's DFLT TIME CODE.

- The percentage of time worked for the corresponding job (cost center) during the time sheet time frame.
- Job (Cost Center)
- The job (cost center) worked by the employee.
- Description
- The description of the cost center will be indicated here.
- Department
- The department code that the employee's work was done for.
- Time
- This field will derive the amount of time spent on this task.
