EXPENSES#
The purpose of this screen is for employees to enter 'sundry' transactions in Self-Service. Examples - expenses, charity contributions.
- Assignment
- The assignment type from the employeeâs assignment screen will allow you to enter the sundry that is applicable to this assignment code only. (Mandatory)
- Type
- This field holds the short alpha description of the sundry. Only pay components with the toggle âEnter Sundryâ turned on from the IPPC form will be accessible. (Mandatory)
- Freq
- Processing frequencies indicates how often this payroll item (deduction, benefit, etc.) is processed from P2K_PR_FREQUENCIES. (Mandatory)
- Expense Date
- This field shows the date that the sundry transaction commences. (Mandatory)
- Amount
- This field shows the amount or value of the sundry item. Time_Entered needs to be completed if the pay component chosen is for time. (Mandatory)
- Comments
- This field shows an additional information about the record.
Submit Request #
For Pay Components that have IPPC Approval Required toggle turned on, the 'Submit Request' gets enabled.
LINE INFO #
Once Submit Request has been selected the following information will be displayed:
The description of Approval process
The Information pertaining to the record being approved
Where the approval is in the process. e.g. Approved, Ready To Be Approved.
HISTORY#
This tab provides historical information regarding sundry transactions that have been processed through
IPPH.
- Assignment
