My Time Card - Entered Time by Week Date#
The My Time Card – Entered Time By Week Date (WEPETBWD) is a form intended for business cases when we do not have scheduled time, and therefore it cannot be modified, so it is recommended for the situation when default time code does not have Adjust Scheduled Time toggle on. In this case please be aware that leave time cannot reduce the regular time. In the situation when entered leave time needs to reduce the scheduled time, regular time with Adjust Scheduled Time toggle on can be used but you cannot change scheduled time(e.g. from 8 to 10).
This form can be used for time entries generated by date with or without time depending on the setup on IDWR and IDWC for biweekly pay period.
The form provides pay period grand total, weeks total and dates total.
By default the form displays totals for work time, leave time, and holiday, but based on the client needs, it could be customized by using time code sets to calculate different totals.
By focusing on one date of the week the user can enter/change the time.
Earning Code(special conditions) should be provided only if employee needs to enter time using another time code then default time code( e.g. Vacation, Training).
Leave can be enter also using the AT screen in case that approval is required, and the data will flow to the timesheet.
