The My Contacts (WEECN) screen allows you to record those individuals and institutions whose name and contact information you would like to provide to your company.
The definition data for the My Contacts screen is stored in the P2K_HR_CONTACTS table.
The contacts listed may include your emergency numbers, spouse, dependent, medical facility, etc.
At the top of the screen, your contacts are listed by the following fields:
- First Name
- The contact's first name is display here.
- Last Name
- The contact's last name is displayed here.
- Phone #
- The phone number of the contact is displayed here.
- Ext.
- The contact's phone extension is displayed here.
- Beneficiary
- If the contact was defined with a Contact Type of Beneficiary Contact, 'Yes' will display in this field.
- Dependent
- If the contact was defined with a Contact Type of Dependent, 'Yes' will display in this field.
- Emergency
- If the contact was defined with a Contact Type of Emergency Contact, 'Yes' will display in this field.
- Spouse
- If the contact was defined with a Contact Type of Spouse, 'Yes' will display in this field.
- Disabled
- An optional toggle field which indicates if the contact is a disabled dependent.
- Student
- An optional toggle field which indicates if the contact is a student.
- Private Contact
- An optional toggle field which indicates if the contact is private.
- Student Until
- A date field is used to indicate the last date the contact is considered a student.
By clicking on one of the contacts listed, you will be able to see further details about that contact in the following fields.
- First Name
- This field displays the first name of your contact. (Mandatory)
- Last Name
- This field displays the surname of your contact. (Mandatory)
- Gender
- This field displays your contact’s gender.
- Address 1
- This field displays the contact’s address (street or rural route or concession #).
- Address 2
- This field displays the second line of contact’s address. This field may display the PO Box # or special delivery instructions.
- City
- This field displays the city, district or township for your contact’s address.
- State, Country
- This displays the state and country of your contact’s address.
- Zip/Postal Code
- This field displays the zip or postal code for your contact’s address.
- U.S.A.:Zip Code 55426
- Canada:Postal Code M1M 1M1
- Relation
- This field displays the relationship between you and your contact.
- e.g. Spouse, Son, Niece, etc.
- Date of Birth
- This is the date of birth of your contact and is used for tax and benefit purposes and not usually needed for business contacts.
- Phone #
- This field displays your contact’s main phone number.
- Ext.
- This field displays the phone extension of your contact, if applicable.
- Alt Phone #
- This field displays the cellular phone number for your contact.
- Email
- This is the contact’s email address.
- Contact Type
- This section allows you to indicate if the contact is a personal contact (spouse, emergency contact, dependent or beneficiary), and/or a business contact (benefit carrier or bond owner). (Mandatory)
- Your contact may have multiple contact types.
- i.e. The contact may be your spouse, emergency contact and beneficiary, simultaneously.
