MY ASSIGNMENTS#
The My Assignments (WEEAS) screen allows you to view all jobs and/or positions (past or present) you have been assigned to within your company.
For Johnson & Johnson this is a sample page that has been editted.
The definition data for the My Assignments screen is stored in the P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENTS and P2K_HR_ASSIGNMENT_DETAILS table.
- Assignment
- This field displays the code associated to the assignment assigned by your employer.
- Start Date
- The first day you worked in the assignment will be displayed here.
- End Date
- If applicable, the last day you worked in the assignment will be displayed here.
- Description
- A short description of your assignment will be displayed here.If you have more than one current assignment, they will all appear with your primary assignment at the top of the list.
- Next Review
- This field shows the next review date for this work assignment.
- Hire Date
- The hire date is the date that the employment agreement or period of employment commences.
- By clicking on one of the assignments listed, you will be able to see further details about that assignment in the following fields.
- Below the time line is detailed information on your assignment divided into two tabs.
Please note that in the numerical fields, the amount of decimal points is determined in Wiki, not in Self Service.
My Assignment - Assignment Details#
The Assignment Details tab displays the basic information of your assignment as of a certain date.
- Position
- This field displays the position associated to your assignment.
- Department
- This field displays the department associated to your assignment.
- Job
- This field displays the job associated to your assignment.
- Unit
- This field displays the unit, union, affiliation, etc. associated to your assignment.
- Group
- This field displays the group within the unit associated to your assignment.
- Title
- This field displays the official title of your assignment.
- FTE
- This field displays your full time equivalent associated with the assignment.
- i.e. 1.0000 for Full-time or <1.0000 for Part-time
- Work Hours
- This field displays your average number of hours (displayed by pay, by week, and by day) associated with this assignment.
- Status
- The status of your assignment will be indicated here.
- e.g. ACTIVE, LEAVE, etc.
My Assignments - Compensation#
The Compensation tab displays information on the wage or salary you receive in this assignment.
Wage / Salary Details#
- Scale Rate
- This field displays the rate from the scale/step you are on, if applicable.
- Range
- This field displays the salary range for your assignment, if applicable.
- Scale/STEP
- This field displays the wage scale for your assignment, if applicable.
- Comparison Ratio
- This ratio is calculated as your actual range as a percentage of the 'Midpoint' amount.
- e.g. Employee Wage Rate / Midpoint X 100%
- If the midpoint salary is $40,000 and the employees wage rate is:
- $20,000, then compa ratio would be 50%
- $40,000, then compa ratio would be 100%
- $60,000 then compa ratio would be 150%
- Salary Range Details
- This information is only displayed if a range is indicated in the Compensation area.
- Minimum Salary
- This is the starting amount for the salary range.
- Mid-Range Salary
- This is the mid-range amount for the salary range.
- Maximum Salary
- This is the highest amount for the salary range.
Wage Conversions#
- Annual
- This field displays your compensation rate provided on an annual basis.
- Monthly
- This field displays your compensation rate provided on a monthly basis.
- Semi Monthly
- This field displays your compensation rate provided on a semi-monthly basis.
- Bi-Weekly
- This field displays your compensation rate provided on a bi-weekly basis.
- Weekly
- This field displays your compensation rate provided on a weekly basis.
- Daily
- This field displays your compensation rate provided on a daily basis.
- Hourly
- This field displays your compensation rate provided on an hourly basis.
