MY ALIASES#
The My Aliases (WEEAL) screen allows you to add, edit or view the alias information held in your company's records.
The definition data for the My Aliases screen is stored in the P2K_HR_ALIASES table.
- First Name
- This field displays the first name for the alias.
- Last Name
- This field displays the last name for the alias.
- Middle Name
- This field displays the middle name for the alias.
- Salutation
- This field shows the usual forms of address (i.e. Ms, Mr., Dr, etc.) that may be used with the alias.
- Rank
- This field shows any name extension (i.e. Jr., Sr., III etc.) that may be used with the alias.
