Change My PIN #
The Change My PIN screen allows you to reset the Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you use to access Employee Self Service.
Edit Your Access Key Below#
- Access Key
- This is used as a login method, instead of providing a user name users may provide an access key. When the site preference 'SS LOGIN TYPE' is set to ‘ACCESS KEY’, the Access Key login page (Access Key/PIN) will be used. This field is a 30-character field and is not case sensitive.
Enter Your New Personal Identification Number (PIN) and Confirm It#
- Existing PIN
- This field contains your current PIN.
- New PIN
- In this field you will enter your new PIN.
- Confirm PIN
- You will re-enter the same PIN from the previous field in this area.
To keep your PIN secured, it will always appear as eight asterisks (********) in the PIN fields, regardless of the actual length of your PIN, and it will be encrypted in the database.
Once you have entered your new pin number, click ‘Reset PIN’. You will receive a message letting you know whether or no you have successfully entered the PIN.
