System Preference#
This preference allows clients to select a splash menu to be displayed for a particular role.
The system defaults are as follows:

| WWW_CANDIDATE | CSS_SPLASH |
| WWW_EMPLOYEE | ESS_SPLASH |
| WWW_HRADMIN | HRSS_SPLASH |
| WWW_MANAGER | MSS_SPLASH |
| WWW_PUBLIC | CSS_SPLASH |
| WWW_RECRUITER | RSS_SPLASH |
This preference is set by role (IMRO).
