MY LIFE AND WORK EVENTS#
Select the Event You Need To Record#
- Life or Work Event
- The description of the event type is displayed here.
- Proof Required
- If the event type was defined in IBET to require Proof, this toggle will be checked ON.
- Event Description
- The description of the event type is displayed here.
- Event Type Text
- This field displays additional information on the actual event type. This information will default in from IBET.
- Click Here to See More Information
- This will allow the employee to navigate to an HTML page for more information regarding the event.
- I Want To Create This Event
- This button will allow the employee to record the event which is currently in focus. Once pressed the MBEV dialog will appear where the employee can record the particulars of the event.
Events Pending Proof#
This tab will only display events that require evidence that the event took place. Once evidence has been uploaded and the Administrator has checked the
Proof Received toggle and the Event Status is no longer 'Pending Proof', the event will be moved to the History tab.
- Event Type
- The type of event that is to be recorded for the employee is selected here.
- Description
- This field will display the event type's description. This information will default in once the Event Type has been selected.
- Event Date.
- Proof Required
- If the event type is defined in IBET to require proof the event took place, this toggle will be checked ON.
- Upload Proof of Event
- If documentation is required to be submitted, it may be submitted here.
Life and Work Event History#
This tab will display all life and work events for the employee that are not pending proof.
- Event Type
- The type of event that is to be recorded for the employee is selected here.
- Description
- This field will display the event type's description. This information will default in once the Event Type has been selected.
- Event Date
- If the event type is defined in IBET to require proof the event took place, this toggle will be checked ON.
- Proof Received
- This toggle is used to indicate if the proof for the event has been reviewed by the Benefit Administrator.
- Event Status
- This field indicates what the status of the event is. This field is to be updated by the Benefit Administrator once the event and any required proof has been reviewed. This field is tied to the lexicon X_BE_EVENT_STATUS.
- Proof of Event
- If documentation has been uploaded for the event,it will be displayed here
