This preference allows clients to select the theme colors.

Values allowed are:
|No entry | Default - Dark Blue
|THEME_DKBLUE| Dark Blue
|THEME_LTBLUE| Light Blue

This preference is set by site ([IMST]) or by role ([IMRO]). 

The preference is case sensitive, the entry must be in uppercase as above.
