MY INTERVIEW TIME OPTIONS#

The My Interview Time Options is a form to view candidate interviews that need to provide schedule options for. This screen is a display only except for the 'Enter additional comments or requests' field.

The data in this screen is based on the values from the table P2K_RE_ASSESSMENT_EVENTS and are filtered by:

1. Current Candidate (RCA_ID)
2. Assessment Type=06 - Interview
3. Assessment Event Status
   • 01 - To Be Planned
   • 02 - Planned, Not Conf
   • 03 - Planned, Conf
   • 04 - Rescheduled, NConf
   • 05 - Rescheduled, Conf

Enter Proposed Date

The date and time the Interview is scheduled for.

Description

This field provides a short description of the assessment. 

Status

This field displays the current status of the assessment event.

Interview Details - Display Only #

Location

This field indicates the location of where the assessment is to or has occurred.

Address 1

This field indicates the address of the location of where the assessment is to or has occurred.

City

This field indicates the city of the location of where the assessment is to or has occurred.

Conducted By

This field indentifies the person who will perform the interview.

Or

Type

This field groups the assessment into a specific type.

Category

This field further classifies the assessment into specific groups.

Rating

This field displays the rating received for the assessment.

Points

This field records the points obtained in this assessment.

Desired Pts.

Desired Points; This field displays the desired points a candidate should obtain for this assessment.

Essential Pts.

Essential Points; This field displays the points a candidate must obtain to pass this assessment.

Enter additional comments or requests

This is a text field that can be used to enter notes regarding the assessment.
