;[Approve|ACT_APPROVE]:If the manager is in agreement with the time sheet they may press this button to approve the time sheet.

!!Update/View Time Sheet tab
;[Date|ENTRY_DATE]:This field represents the day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
;[From|MIN_START_TIME]:This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the start of the shift entry).
;[To|MAX_END_TIME]:This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated (i.e. the end of the shift entry).
;[Tot|TOTAL_TIME]:This field represents the total hours for the day.
;[Reg|REG_TIME]:This field displays the number of regular hours were recorded for the day.
;[Hol|HOLIDAY]:This field displays the number of holiday hours were recorded for the day.
;[Lv|LEAVE_TIME]:This field displays the number of leave type hours were recorded for the day. 
;[OT|OT]:This field displays the number of overtime type hours that were recorded for the day. 
;[Bnk|USE_ALTERNATE_TIME_CODE]:If the hours were banked and an alternate time code was used, the alternate time code will display here. 
;[Premium(s)|DRV_PREMIUM_CODES]:If a premium was added for the day, it will display here. 
;[Job/Position|JOB_POSITION]:This field displays the job/position associated to the assignment indicated.
;[Addtl Info|SUMMARY_INFO]:This field displays any notes that have been entered for the exception.
;[View Details|ACT_SHOW_DETAILS]:By pressing this toggle the table will change to display each time sheet entry.

;[Add more time or an extra shift|ACT_ADD_TIME]:By pressing this button a dialog will appear allowing the user to add more to the time sheet. 
;[Change Normal Time or Schedule|ACT_ADJUST_START_OR_END_TIME]:By pressing this button a dialog will appear allowing the user to change the start or end time of a time entry.
;[Change What I Worked On|ACT_CATEGORIZE_WORK]:The user may change the job/position that the employee worked on by pressing this button.
;[Change or remove lunch|ACT_CHANGE_LUNCH]:The user may change or remove the lunch time slot.
;[Record Time Away From Work|ACT_ADD_AWAY_FROM_WORK]:If the employee was away and did not work their shift, the user may record the employee's time away by pressing this button. 
;[Add  Premium|ACT_ADD_MANUAL_PREMIUM]:If the a premium needs to be added to the shift for the employee the user may do so by pressing this button which will prompt them with a dialog.
;[Add Mileage or Other Expenses	|ACT_ADD_EXPENSE]:By pressing this button the user will be presented with a dialog where they my enter expenses the employee incurred while working that shift. 
;[Request a Change to this Time Sheet|ACT_ADD_CURRENT_TIMESHEET_REQUESTS]:The user may add a request for a change to the time sheet by pressing this button. 
;[Bank My Overtime|ACT_ADD_PREFERENCES]:By pressing this button the user may opt to bank the overtime incurred while working the shift. 

!!Update/View Changes tab
The user may update the time sheet or view changes to the time sheet in this tab. 
;[Action|TIME_EXCEPTION_ACTION]:This field indicates what 'action' the time exception is for. For e.g. Add'l Time/Shift
;[Start|START_DATE]:This field indicates the start date of the time exception.
;[End|END_DATE]:The end date of the time exception is indicated in this field.
;[From|START_TIME]:This field represents the beginning time associated to the time code indicated.
;[To|END_TIME]:This field represents the ending time associated to the time code indicated.
;[Time Code|TIME_CODE]:This field will display the time code that the exception was generated against.
;[Cost|COST_CENTER_CODE]:This field is used to associate a cost center to the time exception.

;[Assignment|ASSIGNMENT_CODE]:This field will display the employee's assignment for which the exception is being entered.
;[Position|POSITION_CODE]:This field is used to override the position that is associated to the time exception.
;[Job|JOB_CODE]:This field is used to override the job that is associated to the time exception.
;[Shift|SHIFT_CODE]:This field will display the shift that the exception is being entered against. If the exception is to be entered for a different shift, then the timekeeper must select another shift from the LOV, otherwise the  shift that is indicated in the time entries above will be used.
;[Job Order #|WORK_ORDER]:This field is used to associate a work order to the time exception.
;[Value|TIME_EXCEPTION_VALUE]:This field displays the value/amount of the time exception.
;[Premium(s)|PREMIUM_CODE]:This field displays the premium code associated to the time exception.
;[Remarks|REFERENCE_INFO]:This field is used to enter notes for the time exception.

!Time Sheet Summary
;[Pay Period Totals|ACT_SHOW_PAY_PERIOD_TOTALS]:This button will change the type of totals displayed in the tables below to show Pay Period Totals.
;[Weekly Totals|ACT_SHOW_WEEKLY_TOTALS]:This button will change the display to show totals on a weekly basis.


!All Time Codes
This section totals the hours within the time sheet by Time Code.
;[Date|DATE]:This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
;[Time Code|TIME_CODE]:The total for the time code either for the week or pay period is for will display here.
;[Amount|TOTAL]:The total value of the time code either for the week or pay period will display here. 
;[Description|DESCRIPTION]:The description of the type of time and time code used will be displayed.

!Time Type Totals
This section totals the hours within the time sheet by type of time entered.
;[Date|DATE]:This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Sheet Summary.
;[Time Type|TIME_TYPE]:The type of time the time code is defined as will be displayed here.
;[Amount|TOTAL]:The total amount of time for the time type for the week or pay period will display here.
