ENTER EMPLOYEE TIME SHEETS#
The Enter Employee Time Sheets (WAPTSS) screen is an accumulation of generated time, manual data entry and time rules.
All active time sheets will be displayed:
- 10 Schedule Modified
- 20 Active
- 30 Rules Applied
- 40 Submitted
- 50 Ready for PR
- 95 Adjustment
Transactions can be inserted into timesheets that are a status of 'Ready for Payroll'. In order to restrict this from happening, the Preference [PTS RDY PR FRZN(System_Preference)] can be set to 'Yes', then no changes can be made on timesheet entries.
The system formats the time based on how it is entered. The logic will look for a ':'(colon) when time is intended to be in minutes. For example, +:03 will format to 12:03, if time is less than an hour.
