VIEW TIME CARD HISTORY#
The View Time Card History form (WAPTSH) is a form intended for Administers so they may review historical time cards. The form will only show time sheets that are hours based and those that are of the following statuses: Sent to PR, Not Approved, Adjustment, Adjustment Applied, Replaced, and Cancelled.
The user must select the employee from the find list below.
Your Employees' Historical Time Cards#
- EE#
- The employee's person code is indicated here.
- Last Name
- The employee's last name is displayed here.
- Fist Name
- The employee's first name is displayed here.
- Assign
- The assignment code the time card was generated for will display here.
- Period
- The pay period the time card was generated for will display here.
- From/To
- The time frame the pay period is for is displayed here.
- TC #
- The time card uniquely assigned number will display.
- Status
- The status of the time card will also display.
- Orig. #
- This field will display the Time Sheet number used to replace the time card.
- EE Sign Off Received
- The user may indicate that the employee has signed off on their time sheet by pressing this button.
- Request a Change
- The user may add a request for a change to the time card by pressing this button.
- Go to CURRENT Time Card
- By pressing this button the user is directed to the WAPTS form to review the employee's current time card.
Scheduled Time
The employee's scheduled time by day will display so the administrator may review the time worked each day by the employee.
- Date
- This field represents the day that the time entry/exception was generated/entered for
- Reg
- This field displays the number of regular hours were recorded for the day.
- Lv
- This field displays the number of leave type hours were recorded for the day.
- OT
- This field displays the number of overtime type hours that were recorded for the day.
- Premium(s)
- If a premium was added for the day, it will display here.
- Additional Info
- This field displays any notes that have been entered for the exception.
- Job
- This field displays the job associated to the assignment indicated.
- View Details
- By pressing this toggle the table will change to display each time card entry.
Time Card Summary tab#
- Pay Period Totals
- This button will change the type of totals displayed in the tables below to show Pay Period Totals.
- Weekly Totals
- This button will change the display to show totals on a weekly basis.
All Time Codes#
This section provides totals for all time codes indicated on the employee's times card.
- Date
- This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Card Summary.
- Time Code
- The total for the time code either for the week or pay period is for will display here.
- Amount
- The total value of the time code either for the week or pay period will display here.
- Description
- The description of the type of time and time code used will be displayed.
All Time Types#
This section provides totals for various time types.
- Date
- This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Card Summary.
- Time Type
- The type of time the time code is defined as will be displayed here.
- Amount
- The total amount of time for the time type for the week or pay period will display here.
- Description
- The description of the time type is displayed here.
All Time Code Set#
This section provides totals based on the time code sets defined.
- Date
- This field will display either the week end date or the pay period end date depending on the selection made above under Time Card Summary.
- Time Code Set
- The name of the time code set will be displayed here.
- Amount
- The total amount of time for the week or pay period for the time code set will display here.
Leave Balance Summary#
This section displays a summary of the employees leave balances.
- Bank
- The leave policy code will display here.
- Description
- The description of the leave policy is displayed.
- Planned
- If the employee has a planned leave for the policy, the number of leave hours is displayed.
- Balance To Date
- This field will display the employee's leave balance.
View Requests tab#
- Status
- This field displays the status of the request
- Request
- This field will display the request type.
- Sent On
- The date the comment / request was created is displayed in this field.
- Synopsis
- The synopsis of the comment / request is displayed here.
View Audit tab#
Original Schedule#
- Date
- This field holds the date of the time entry.
- Assign
- The assignment code the time entry was generated for is displayed here.
- Start
- If the time sheet is based on start and end times, the start time of the employee's shift is displayed here.
- End
- If the time sheet is based on start and end times, the end time of the employee's shift is displayed here.
- TC
- This field stores the time code used to track the time.
- Value
- This field stores the value of the time.
- Basis
- This field indicates the basis of the time, for example Hrs, $
- Premiums
- If a premium code is attached to the time entry it will be displayed here.
Changes Made to Scheduled Time#
- Date
- This field holds the date of the time entry.
- Assign
- The assignment code the time entry was generated for is displayed here.
- Start
- If a time exception is entered for a particular time frame, the start time is displayed here.
- End
- If a time exception is entered for a particular time frame, the end time is displayed here.
- TC
- This field stores the time code used to track the time.
- Value
- This field stores the value of the time.
- Basis
- This field indicates the basis of the time, for example Hrs, $
- Premiums
- If a premium code is attached to the time entry it will be displayed here.
- Cost Center
- If cost centers are used the cost center may displayed here.
- Changed On
- This field indicates the date the change was made to the time entry.
- Changed By
- This field indicates the user who made the change to the time entry.
