REVIEW EMPLOYEE LEAVES#
The Review Employee Leaves (WAALP) is a calendar driven form which allows Administrators to review employees' leaves by date.
The Calendar will list the Person Code and Leave Type for each employee having leave on the specified date.
The definition data for the View Employee Leave Balances screen is stored in the P2K_AT_LEAVE_LINES and P2K_AT_LEAVE_ACCRUALS tables.
This section of the form will list all the employees having leave for the specified date. The following information will show for each employee.
- Employee
- Person Code, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name and Employment Type
- Leave
- This field holds the Leave Type the employee used or requested.
- Start Date
- This is the date that the leave begins.
- End Date
- This is the date the leave ends.
- Start Time
- This is the time the leave begins
- End Time
- This is the time the leave ends
- Reason
- If required, this is the reason for the leave.
- Proj Time
- This field displays the 'projected' amount of time that has been requested.
- Time
- This field displays the total amount of time that has been used or requested
- Bs
- This is the time measurement of the leave is displayed here. e.g. Hr-Hours, DY-Days, etc.
- Cascaded
- This is a toggle field used to indicate if the time has been cascaded from one leave bank to another.
Leave Balances#
The Leave Balances for the selected employee will show in this area of the form.
- Employee
- Person Code, Last Name, First Name, Middle Name and Employment Type
- Leave
- This field holds the Leave Type code.
- Description
- This field holds the description of the Leave Type.
- Evaluated
- The last date the leave balance was evaluated is displayed here.
- Bs
- This is the time measurement of the leave is displayed here. e.g. Hr-Hours, DY-Days, etc.
- Current Balance
- This field displays the amount of time the employee currently has available to take.
- Planned Leave
- This field displays how much leave has been scheduled to be taken beyond the current date.
