IPGH - Header Tab#

• This is a view only form and displays the GVT Headers information for the selected employee. Users can:
  
• Click on the 'Tax Level’, ‘Type’, ‘Period’ or ‘Govt Registration’ columns to sort them in ascending or descending order.
• Drag and Slide any column to display the information in the desired sequence.

IPGH – Amount Tab#

• This is a view only form and displays the GVT Amount information, by employee.
• The Sequence, Identifiers and Description fields are from the IDFDV definitions.
• The amount or the alphanumeric value of the Identifier is displayed.
• The Employee’s name and address information is stored for historical reference purposes. The name and address information will be printed on the W2 Form by PRPW2 (Windward version).
