View All Complaints and Grievances#
This screen is for viewing purposes only; you may not edit the data.
The View Employee Complaints and Grievances (VLGQ) screen allows you to see all
complaints and grievances lodge by an employee and the related details.
- Involvement
- This field displays the employee’s involvement in the grievance or complaint.
- Source
- This field indicates if the item is either a Grievance or a Complaint.
- Code
- This field displays the identifying code of the grievance or complaint.
- Type Code
- This field categorizes the grievance to a specific type.
- Stage
- This field identifies where the grievance is in the process as defined by the stages
- Status
- This field identifies the status of the grievance
- Incident Date
- This field indicates when the incident occurred.
- View
- This button allows you to view the focused grievance or discipline issue.
- Replace with Complaint
- If the grievance is to be replaced by a complaint, the complaint details are provided here.
- Description
- This field provides a description of the complaint.
- Code
- This field displays the identifying code of the complaint.
- Description
- This grievance, disciplinary or complaint text.
- Issue Date
- This field identifies the date the disciplinary action was issued.
- Comp/Griev Text
- Additional information about the complaint and/or grievance is provided in this field.
