The VLGA screen pulls in information once the grievances have been recorded. This screen is for viewing purposes only; you may not edit the data.

This field displays the code of the upcoming grievance.
Dispute Type
This field identifies the type of dispute under which this grievance falls.
Step #
This field displays the grievance step number of the upcoming activity.
Step Code
This step displays the full name of the grievance step in this activity.
Activity Status
This field indicates the current status of the activity.
Activity Description
This field allows you to provide a short description of the step.
Participant Type
This field identifies the type of participant involved with this activity.

This field displays the issue date of the grievance.
Status
This field shows the current status of the grievance.
Stage
This field displays the stage of the grievance.
Severity
This field displays the severity of the grievance.
Date of Incident
This field record the date of the incident.

This is the amount of time that this issue has been open from the issued date to the current.

This field indicates when a response to this activity must be received by.

This field shows the unit associated with the grievance.
