This field displays the ethnic code or origin of the employee for government reporting purposes. For U.S. installations the ethnic code (or race of an employee) is used for the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action reporting.
X_US_ETHNICITY is a fixed lexicon with the following values:
