The Generate Upcoming Reviews (USUR) program allows you to create reviews automatically using the rules defined by Review Type ([ISRT]).

You may wish to generate reviews for probationary and annual reviews, for example, but would not wish to automatically generate disciplinary reviews.

|__Date Range To__|__Mandatory, Date, LOV available__\\These fields define the time period in which is used in determining if a person is eligible for a review.
|__Review Date__|__Optional, Date, LOV available__\\This field allows you to override the calculated review date for every review created in this run. All qualified employees will receive their review on the date specified here.
|__Break Level 1-5__|__Optional, LOV available__\\This allows up to 5 levels of breaking – entity, department, unit, group, job, position, location, auth area, status, work rule, or org level.
