USING ACCESS WITH MAIL MERGE#

This procedure requires that the PC has Microsoft Access installed and is configured with ODBC (Open Database Connectivity).

Personality Setup Required#

The end user is advised to NOT sign into Access as the P2K user.

During the Access setup process, select another Personality user through the IMUR screen. Ensure that the ‘P2K_USER’ and ‘P2K_MASTER’ roles are assigned to the user, with ‘P2K_USER’ role toggled as a default.
