STEP WAGES BASED ON ANNIVERSARY#

The Step Wages Based on Anniversary (USAS) form uses the Wage Step Rule field oneither the Group (IDGR) form or the Scale/Step (ISWS) form to determine if the employee should receive an anniversary increase and generates personnel actions for master file wage changes.


Report Parameters
Up to DateMandatory, Date, LOV available
You must specify the date that USAS must use to choose the employees to be processed.
ExceptionMandatory, LOV available
The exception level (report messages) required. 0 – will only generate tracing for critical errors.
Print Execution Run LogOptional, On/Off Toggle
Ensures that the details are printed.
TrialOptional, On/Off Toggle
This toggle runs the report in trial, which allows you to see the results without committing them.
Sort People byMandatory, LOV available
You may determine how the information should be sorted, by person code or last name. The default setting for all reports is to sort by person code.
Print EE's w/o PAOptional, On/Off Toggle
Currently PAs are always created with USAS.
User CommentOptional, Text
A user supplied comment. This comment will appear on all pages of the report. It is helpful during the testing phase to use the User Comment field to indicate the test scenario being run.


Report Filters
People List CodeOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This list contains the names of the employees to be processed.
Person CodeOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This is a comma-delimited list of person codes. This should not be used if a people list is used.
EntityOptional, Text
This reduces the list of people to those employees within entities listed.
DepartmentOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This reduces the list of people to those employees within departments listed.
Org Level TypeOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This reduces the list of people to those employees within the org. level types listed.
AuthorizationOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This reduces the list of people to those employees within authorization areas listed.
LocationOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This reduces the list of people to those employees within locations listed.
UnitOptional, Multiple selection and LOV available
This reduces the list of people to those employees within units listed.
