System Preference#
This preference determines if the HL Server should be pinged when the function UPCALC is run.
Accepted Values are:
| Q | Quantum - open Quantum db |
|---|---|
| L | - ping HLServer |
| NULL | - ping HLServer |
| N | No - means No US Tax, bypass US taxation |
This preference is set by site (IMST).
