!System Preference

This preference determines if the HL Server should be pinged when the function [UPCALC] is run. 

Accepted Values are:
||Q|Quantum - open Quantum db
||L |- ping HLServer
||NULL| - ping HLServer
||N|No - means No US Tax, bypass US taxation


This preference is set by site ([IMST]).
