!!!US TAX SERIES (System Preference)

This preference determines if the HL Server should be pinged when the function [UPCALC] is run. If set to 1 as at the TENANT Level this will also enable the "Tax Editor" within the application. If being applied at the TENANT level the value being used must match that used at the MASTER level. If not using the "Tax Editor" then this preference only needs to be established at the MASTER level.

Accepted Values are:
||1   | use [Symmetry Tax Engine|STE]
||N   | No US Tax, bypass US taxation
||NULL| ping HLServer
||L   | use VX Payroll Tax 2.5 tax engine through HLServer (now obsolete)
