Update Candidate Profiles to Stale (URPRCA) process allows you to mark [candidate profiles|CANDIDATE PROFILES] in the system as stale that have not had any activity in the time period specified.

|As of Date|Optional, Date, LOV available
|Months Valid|Optional, Text\\You may provide to the report the number of months that a candidate record \\is valid for and once that is exceeded it will be able to be purged
|Exception Level|Optional, LOV available\\You may select the level of logging desired: ‘Exceptions Only’, ‘User Trace’, \\‘Legislation’, ‘UserCalc Trace’, ‘Program Trace’ or Utility Trace
|Trial|Optional, LOV available\\You may choose to run the report in a trial mode to see results
