EMAIL APPLICANTS#

Processing Information#

The Email Applicants (UREA) screen allows you to send mass emails to a group of applicants regarding the recruiting process for a posting they applied to.

Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
Priority Tag	Optional, LOV available, <Normal Priority> You may select the level of logging desired: ‘Not Specified’, ‘Highest Priority’, ‘High Priority’, ‘Normal Priority’, ‘Low Priority’ or ‘Lowest Priority’
Email Subject	Mandatory, Text This field will hold the subject title of the email
Email Body	Mandatory, Text The contents of the email will be entered in this field. This field can contain HTML formatting for the email.
User Comment	Optional, Text This field holds the user-supplied comment which will appear in the header of all pages of the report but not in the email.
Exception Level	Mandatory, LOV available, <Exceptions Only> You may select the level of logging desired: ‘Exceptions Only’, ‘User Trace’, ‘Legislation’, ‘UserCalc Trace’, ‘Program Trace’ or Utility Trace

Report Filters
Entity	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants from the entities listed
Job Profile	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants with the job profiles listed
Posting	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants to the postings listed
Posting Status	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants associated to the posting statuses listed
Application	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to individuals from the applications listed
Appl. Status	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants with the statuses listed
Recruiting Stage	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants with the statuses listed
Candidate	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to specify the applicants who are to receive the email
Status	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants with the statuses listed
Source	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants from the recruiting sources listed
Type	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants with the types listed.
Category	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants with the categories listed
Rejection Reason	Optional, Multiple selections, LOV available This field allows you to indicate that the email be sent to applicants with the reasons for rejection selected
