PROCESS TIME RULES#

Processing Information#

Up to this point, Wiki is showing ONLY what it will do once the Process Time Rules function, UPRL, is run. This process should be run when all time has been entered for a period or a batch.

If you run UPRL with an exception level of 'user trace' you will see how the entered time will be affected by the over time rules

Once UPRL has been run and the rules applied, the IPTR screen will reflect the results of the processed time rules.

Report Parameters & Filters#

Report Parameters
Entity	Mandatory, LOV Available Limits the process to the entity specified.
Respect Time Code Seq.	Optional, LOV Available
Exception Level	Mandatory, LOV Available Users may increase the level of logging done from exception to user, legislation, usercalc, program or utility levels.
Trial	Optional, Toggle If ‘ON’ then the update is not committed and UPRL may be run again. If ‘OFF’ then the update is committed.

Report Filters
Payroll	Optional, Multiple, and LOV available Multiple payrolls may be selected per execution of this function.
Pay Category	Optional, Multiple and LOV available Multiple pay categories may be selected.
Pay Period	Optional, Multiple, and LOV available Users may limit the information selected by indicating specific pay periods.
Batch Number	Optional, Multiple, and LOV available Users may limit the information selected by specifying batch numbers.
